Third Party Liability Damage Cover is provided subject to the conditions and exclusions of Clauses 11, 12 and 13 of the Rental Agreement Standard T&Cs
Third Party Liability Damage Cover is effective from 17 July 2025.
The maximum cover provided under Third Party Liability Damage
Cover is R150 000,00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Rand) inclusive of VAT.
The renter shall also be liable for the applicable Third Party Damage Liability Amount (TPDLA) in the amount of R15 000,00 exclusive of VAT.
Third Party Damage Liability Amount can be reduced by electing to obtain Standard or Super Buy Down Options in the table above.
