Notification in respect of cancellation and/or refund:
The renter must notify the rental company formally, in writing, of any cancellation due within 24 hours prior to collection and or delivery of the rental vehicle.
Formal notice by renter of cancellation must be addressed to audit@sani.co.za.
On receipt of formal notice of cancellation, the rental company will have up to 14 (fourteen) working days to process a refund.
If a booking is not cancelled in writing or telephonically and the renter fails to show up, a no show fee will be charged at one day’s rental.
In the event and to the extent that any cancellation, failure and/or delay is caused by or as a result of force majeure, the Rental Company shall not be liable to the Renter for any refund, but the Renter shall be entitled to reschedule/postpone bookings to a date within 12 months of the booking.
